RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

This Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the return of products ordered via the online store operated by the Service Provider. Please read the following carefully before placing an order. The purpose of this Policy is to provide information regarding the procedures, costs, and conditions of returning products.

2. Validity, Scope and Amendments to the Policy

This Policy is valid for an indefinite period and shall remain in effect until amended or withdrawn. By registering and using the services, the Customer accepts the provisions of this Policy as binding.

If any part of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts shall not be affected.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Policy with prior notice on the Website. Changes become effective upon their publication and shall apply to orders placed after the changes take effect, unless otherwise objected to by the Customer.

If the Customer does not accept the Policy or any future amendments, they are not entitled to use the Website or place orders.

3.  Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

The provisions in this section apply exclusively to natural persons who qualify as Consumers under the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day they or a third party (other than the carrier) receive:

a)     the product, or

b)     in case of multiple items, the last item delivered, or

c)     in case of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the last lot or piece delivered, or

d)     in the case of regularly delivered products, the first delivery.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised in the period between the conclusion of the contract and the receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

a) goods that are made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., customized clothing with specific text);

b)     perishable goods or those with a short shelf life (e.g., fresh food, hot meals);

c)     sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., underwear, socks).

If the Consumer has opened the packaging of a hygiene product or has begun using it, the return is not permitted due to potential contact with the human body or contamination. If the packaging is unopened, the standard withdrawal rights apply.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a clear statement of withdrawal (by post or email) to the contact details listed in Section 1. A template withdrawal form is also available via the Website.

The Consumer meets the deadline if they send the statement before the 14-day period expires. It is the Consumer’s responsibility to prove that they have exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

When sent by post, the date of postage is taken into account; when sent by email, the time of the email is considered. It is recommended to send postal notifications via registered mail.

4. Product Return

In the case of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement was sent.

The return shipping cost is borne by the Consumer unless otherwise agreed. The Service Provider does not offer pick-up services and does not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).

No additional costs beyond the return shipping fee shall be charged in relation to withdrawal.

5. Conditions of Return

-        The product must be undamaged, unused, and in original condition.

-        It should preferably be returned in its original packaging.

-        Please include the original invoice or receipt.

-        For hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear), returns are only accepted in unopened packaging.

6. Product Exchange

The Service Provider does not offer direct product exchange.

If the ordered item does not meet the Consumer’s expectations (e.g., size, color), the Consumer may return the product within 14 days in accordance with this Policy. After receiving and verifying the returned item, the Service Provider will issue a refund via the original payment method through the Shopify platform.

To receive a different item, a new order must be placed on the Website.

Thus, exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase.

7.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the Consumer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must notify Customer Service within 48 hours. Required information:

-        Order number

-        Photos of the issue

-        Short description of the problem

In case of a valid complaint, the Service Provider will replace or refund the item free of charge, including return shipping costs.

8. Refund Process

For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed via Shopify’s payment system using the original payment method. This means the amount will be returned to the card used at purchase. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days, depending on the payment processor.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, the Consumer paid the courier in cash or by card at the time of delivery. Since this is a non-electronic payment method, the refund cannot be processed automatically through Shopify.

In such cases, the Service Provider will refund the amount via bank transfer, provided the Consumer includes the following in their withdrawal statement:

-        Full name of the account holder

-        IBAN bank account number

-        Name of the bank

Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, or earlier if the product is returned or return is verified.

The refund will be made using the original payment method unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
