SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the shipping of products ordered in the online store operated by the Service Provider. Please read the following carefully before starting your purchase. The purpose of this Policy is to provide information on the method, costs, and conditions of delivery of the ordered products.

2. Validity, Scope, and Amendment of the Policy
This Policy is valid for an indefinite period, effective until amended or withdrawn. By registering or using the Service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the provisions of this Policy as binding upon themselves. If any part of this Policy becomes invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining parts.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend this Policy with prior notice to the Customer on the Website. The amended provisions shall become effective upon the Customer’s first use of the Website after the entry into force—unless the Customer objects to the amendments—and shall apply to orders placed after the modification. If the Customer does not accept the provisions of the Policy or any of its amendments, they are not entitled to use the Website or place orders.
3. Shipping Areas
The online store currently delivers throughout the entire territories of Hungary and Slovakia. International shipping outside these areas is only possible based on a separate individual agreement. Please contact our customer service regarding this matter.
4. Shipping Methods and Fees
ETO Futball Kft. provides the following shipping methods: home delivery via courier service (GLS).
Shipping fee: 2.190,- HUF
Shipping fees are gross prices and include VAT.
5. Delivery Deadlines
For products in stock, order processing usually takes 1-2 working days, followed by delivery within 5-10 working days.
The courier service delivers orders Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
6. Shipping Notification
After placing the order, an automatic confirmation will be sent via e-mail. When the order is packed and dispatched, another notification with tracking information (if available) will be sent.
7. Delivery Issues
If the courier cannot deliver the package, the courier service will leave a notification or attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to the sender, the Customer may request re-delivery, but the repeated shipping fee shall be borne by the Customer.
8. Damaged Package
Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If there is visible external damage or signs of damage on the packaging, please have a report made with the courier and document the damage with photographs. In case of receipt of a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately.
